• Application for Emigration to Europe--in English

Instructions for English application: Save a copy of the downloaded application in a folder on your hard disk. Open the saved file in Adobe Acrobat Reader or the full version of Adobe Acrobat and fill out the form by typing text directly into the form and clicking in the appropriate check boxes. Print the filled-out application and mail, fax, or submit it in person to the LME office in Anaheim, using the mailing address and fax phone number given in the application. If you fax the application, send an email to LME to notify us of this (in case the fax is not received).

You will not be able to save an electronic copy of the filled-out application on your computer unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (not just the Reader) or other PDF creation software installed. Be sure to print a copy for your records. If you are unable to fill out the application by typing text directly into the form, print the blank application and fill it out by hand. After making a copy of the application for yourself, mail or fax it, using the mailing address and fax phone number given in the application. You may also submit it in person to the LME office in Anaheim or, if you are able to scan the application (preferably to PDF) or otherwise create a PDF of the filled-out application, send it to LME via email.

Instructions for Spanish application: Save a copy of the downloaded application in a folder on your hard disk. Print the application and fill it out by hand (you will not be able to type text directly into the form). Please write as legibly as possible. After making a copy of the application for yourself, mail or fax it, using the mailing address and fax phone number given in the application. You may also submit it in person to the LME office in Anaheim or scan the application (preferably to PDF) and send it to LME via email. If you fax the application, send an email to LME to notify us of this (in case the fax is not received).

Important: The recommendation by the responsible brothers should be filled out, signed, and sent by the brothers to the LME office separate from the application. An application will be considered complete only after this recommendation has been received by LME.
